MCB Digital shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. While we apply industry best practices, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as increased sales or rankings. The total liability of MCB Digital shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service rendered.
MCB Digital reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Clients may also terminate their engagement with MCB Digital as per the terms outlined in their contract.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
